I went and bought a black suit, slacks everything to make me look professional. I looked in one of the parking lots by where they started some new businesses, and walked up to a gentlemen casually reading his newspaper in his car. Showed him the badge/id, and questioned him for four hours. Let him go. I told him the local authorities said a lady had called in because she thought the guy was suspicious, and that we are supposed to follow up on all leads.
