What a crappy afternoon.

So, I was coming home from work with a friend/co-worker (we carpooled in his car) and traffic was sucking, we were crawling along at 5mph, and the AC was barely keeping the car bearable in the 95 degree heat.

Then the car died in the middle of the freeway. I got to get out and push the car off the side of a 10 lane freeway.

So, we tried to start the car, but it wasn't having any of it, so we got to sit around in 95 degree heat for an hour or two, until the tow guy from AAA showed up. The driver of the tow truck was a strnge little man. He was about 5'4", 350lbs, and made some sound like he was going to have a heart attack every few minutes. He also slurred his words so you could barely understand most of what he was saying, except for when he started swearing and saying 'fvck', which he did quite often.

So, we got the car back to my friend's house, and unload it off the truck. By this time it's after 8:00PM... I left work at 5:45. I call some people from my friend's house since I'd like a ride home, but after an hour of trying that, no one has answered.

Eventually I just decided to walk home, it's only about 4 miles...

So, now it's 11:30, and I just got home from work.
