What 90s arcade game was this?

There was a car that had a bunch of Austin mini's driving around racing through a town. This would have been mid-90s or so. You'd drive up steps, through a cafe and there would be chairs flying all over. Graphics were pretty good for the time. There was an e-brake on the cabinet for turning.

Anyone remember what that was called?

Am I the only person old enough to think that the mid-90's are too recent to get nostalgic about? That seems like yesterday. I shudder when I realize that Alanis' first CD was 8 years ago, or that Pearl Jam's "Ten" was released 12 years ago!:Q

It wasn't Rally Championship was it?

Think I remember it but was not too much into car games, more like Narc and Killer Instinct. That dinosaur combat game was pretty good as well, don't know the name of it though
