What 7850 brand should I get?

Hi, I've been on Anandtech for some time now, but registered because I need some help myself...
I ordered the Sapphire OC version of this card, but after almost three weeks now the store's supplier still doesn't has a date for this card.
So I'd like to ask you if there's an equally good alternative, or if I should wait it out?

Out of these three 7850 cards, which is best with possibly further OC'ing in mind?
They are all sold for the same price (€240) here in Belgium btw.
Noise is important to me though...

Sapphire HD 7850 OC (what I ordered)
-> Recommended by Bit Tech's Custom PC UK Magazine and hearing good things about it.

MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5 OC
-> I remember hearing good things about this card on tech forums.
-> The store however, say they do not suggest this brand because of lesser quality and bad experiences in the past.

Gigabyte GV-R785OC
-> I remember hearing bad things about fan noise/whine for this particular card, and the fans do look cheap IMO.
-> This one is in stock at the store.

I'm putting it in this new birthday build:
CPU: I5 3570K (going to OC)
Mobo: Z77 Asus Maximus V Gene
Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced
RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance LP
PSU: Seasonic M12II 520W
Case: Fractal Define Mini

From what I've read MSI and ASUS have the best coolers and oc ability. Sapphire is next with Gigabyte at the bottom. If the MSI and ASUS are the same price, I think I'd go with the ASUS. Is the MSI power edition available for you?

I found the power edition you referred to on the MSI website, but didn't knew it existed.
Could you tell me what the difference is with the regular R7850 Twin Frozr OC?

MSI, Asus and Sapphires are all known to be excellent OCers while running cool/quiet. My recent Sapphire one is the same as you ordered, its a very good product.

Seems like that MSI Power Edition card comes with the Twin Frozr IV coolers which are newer, and it also has a higher factory clock.
Is that correct?

I'm really wondering if I should contact the shop and ask them for this one, instead of the Sapphire that seems so hard to get a hold of... :hmm:
Would this be advisable to do?

The cooler is obviously different. I think it also has a better custom PCB than the non-power-edition 7850. I'm not sure how much of a difference all that will make, but it seems to be the best 7850 choice. I wouldn't spend a lot extra on it since the ASUS and MSI cool and overclock so well as it is.
