what 6950 flashes to 6970?

I wanna buy 2 6950s tonight to CF to replace a 5970 i sold for 700$ on ebay last month.

What ones can i mod to 6970 shader levels? Specifically something on newegg if you look. They are between about 200-300 dollars.

I have read that most of the Sapphire 6950s have a chance of unlocking to 6970s. I have seen some XFXs do the same. I plan on buying a single XFX 6950 2GB in the coming weeks but I am not sure if I wanna risk an unlock - the main reason I am going with XFX is for the lifetime warranty and that will be void if I unlock it.

I've kinda gotten to the point where I realize that a 2 year warranty is all that you need for a GPU.
