What 5 things you would do if u were a president of the WORLD?

Heres what i would do:
1)EVERY corrupted leaders,businessman,MAFIA GODFATHERS will have only 1hour to surrender themselves or my army will bust them after that period and no court procedure for them(even if they surrender.Like China or N K what do with their accused persons instant shot!!!)
2)i will break all the walls between countries.No one would need to go embassies to get visa.
3)Limit the budget of Military into 1 Trillion$ .Only keep few members in army naval pilots and rest will be turn into police which will be use to bash any type of criminal activity.
4)Every one have to give 53%Tax(average calculation for everyone.for Billionaires 70%).I would use this money to keep on all the admin. work,research firms,hospitals,school clg university,every sectors will get govt subsidary.So no one need to worry about their edu. or life.All the cost will bear GOVT
5)This things would never happen in this world!!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem is as president you can't just want to do something and have it work out that way, everyone wants to slice up your plan, put their own plans into it or take stuff out. If you argue then a group will hold something hostage until you give in and in the end it's little to nothing like what you wanted. It's just a constant give and take to serve the wealthy and interested parties and a delicate balance for the poor.

Personally I want tax reform and put an end to lobbying as well as some other things that serve to only hinder the working man and benefit corporations and elected officials. That would never happen as planned, instead opposers would make sure every citizen either hates the idea or is confused by it and ration how bad it will be for what ever group it's intended to help.

See nick bits? You already offended someone and this is exactly why a president can never make America a truly better place. This is why prisoners get to watch TV, why gangbangers still exist, why corporations like EA get away with what they do and why poor people are still poor.

Not saying that your idea is moral in the least, just that no one will allow anyone to make hard decisions, sacrifices or anything else that could in theory at least take us all to a new level of wealth where lazy people can't exploit everything. It just won't happen.

So let us enjoy our illusion of freedom and unbalance.

3. Enforce human rights and free speech.
4. Make all countries democracies.
5. Let the people around the world make their own choices.

Strict written drivers license testing with performance testing.
Helicopter guns ship annihilating anyone driving (not passing) in the left lane.
Clean, affordable public transportation.
$10,000 fine or 6 months in jail for littering.
$20,000 fine or 1 year in jail for stealing.

I like your ideas. Mine are,

No one is allowed to have children unless married, widowed/divorced excepted
No one is allowed to get married without participating in a pre - cana program
Zero tolerance to be instantly repealed
1%ers may not have the majority of their money invested in financial instruments. (Stocks, bonds, investment funds etc.)
NASA will be funded in equal amounts as the military.

The testing would weed them out. But then if you had an IQ over 110, you would have inferred that from my second entry.
