What 4k monitor to buy with GTX 1080 ?

Are there monitors at 4k which are already more than 60 hz? It will be stupid if the card can support more than 60 hz in some games but the monitor cant.

You will have to wait for dp1.3/1.4 monitors which are not on the market yet. Probably late 2016/early 2017.
 
Sorry, no, 4K displays are basically limited to 60hz, at least the nice gaming/g-sync ones. This is a major reason that I use a 2560x1440 display -- that 144hz goodness trumps 4K any day, IMO.
 
I want a 4K 120 or 144hz as well. I don't know if I can hold out. I may end up with the AU Optronics 35" 144hz 3440x1440 that was supposed to be out soon but who knows. As biostud said you'll want to make sure the monitor has DP 1.3 or newer

I been looking at those 3 for my personal choices when ever I might get money, though the last one isnt 4k, but was strictly built for gaming in mind 😉

I cannot find the refresh rate of the first 2 monitors, what is it?
