What 3D or IMAX movie are you excited to see this year?

I have a $10 giftcard to AMC theaters. (free)

yeah, I know 3D and IMAX are more expensive.
i'll pay the diff.

I refuse to pay to see a regular movie.

so what 3D or IMAX movie are you dying to see this year?

none.

3D is a worthless technology for simple people.

And for every legit IMAX theater, there are maybe 2 dozen or more faux-MAX theaters. So it's hard to say what one is referring to here.

I can only think of one film that I felt was great for IMAX--and that was Interstellar.

the IMAX/3D in Gravity was pretty good, too, but none of it was there to simply diddle with you.
