whaaa! i baught a nice T-bone for dinner but my cast iron pan is rusty!

Whaaa! i wanted a steak today. so i got a nice T-bone.

get home and its far to windy to grill out .so i dug out my trusty Cast iron pan! hmm

look at it and its all rusty!


im so sad on this =(

20 seconds on a hot stove then 2 min each side in a 500 degree oven


I like them Med-rare to rare. just hot enough to not get sick.

Um, that looks raw.

BTW-If your pan is properly seasoned it shouldn't rust as long as you dry it before you put it away.
