It is anti-Taliban groups in Afghanistan. Apparently their leader was assassinated over the weekend or something, and they are using current anti-Afghanistan sentiment as an excuse for their actions.

Apparently Osama bin Laden and his cohorts arrange the assination of the former Afghan Defence Secretary who was in control of the Anti-Taliban coalition that controlled the North of Afghanistan.

Reports are that the Groups are retaliating for this assination by attacking Taliban strategic target in and around Kabul and that the US has no part in this attack.. (Although I don't think they will shed a tear about this!!)

The Secretary of Defense just made a statement saying that those missiles were not launched by the US or by any of our allies.
