The one over by the Westland Mall and Target. Not sure how good the deals are yet, I'll let you know on Tuesday (my day off).

Gosh Darnit all! thats my favorite store! :| I don't care how good the deals are when they close, want good deals all year round.
I know theres more of them, but not as close.

No, it's the one on Warren or Cowan (I can never keep those two straight), not far from Applebees, Meijer, etc....

Nope, that's Office Depot. This Staples is on Warren Rd, between Wayne Rd and Newburgh (or Central City Parkway if you wanna be picky) in that really long mall across from Westland Mall.

I hate telling people I live in Westland, I always get the " oh, theres some nice parts of Westland" then they ask where I live............ oooo just north of Whitetrash.

Ok I just called the Staples in Westland (Westland Mall) and they are NOT closing. Maybe there is another one? According to the staples website, there isn't any store in westland!?

Well, if they aren't, the giant, bright yellow: "STORE CLOSING" banner over the entryway is one hell of a good prank! :p


Sigh, great, now I have doubt. I'll make sure it was a Staples, and I wasn't just fooled by the giant redness of the building. I'll drive by again today before work and confirm it wasn't office depot or some crap. I was sure it was staples though, ah well. Curses....

i have friends that live in nice houses in canton. scariest thing i ever heard was that there are mansions in taylor! *shivers*

i go to wsu and i had a class with a canadian girl, and she was like "why are all these people talking about downriver pride?" and im like "dont worry about it, everyone who lives downriver is just white trash" ... turns out the whole class except for myself, the canadian, the professor and my friends were from downriver... whoops.

I can confirm that the store in the plaza across the street from Westland Mall IS STAPLES. DOn't know about the Yellow Banner, as I have not been there for some time now.

how can oyu not see it? theres a huge neon yello sign saying STORE CLOSING.

99% of this stuff only 10% off tho. i couldnt find any decent deal
