Never in my life have I had such a great support experience with a "large" item product. I have the 37" LCD from them and I had some vertical banding issues (display is about 6 months old). The banding issues didn't prevent me from watching tv, they where just a little distracating at various times while watching HD content (football kickoffs for example). So I called Westinghouse support to see if they have some type of fix for the issue. After calling I was on the phone with someone in less than 2 minutes. I told the support person I was having the banding issue and without anything else he approved me to exchange my display at Bestbuy.
Bestbuy of course was stupid and didn't know what to do even though Westinghouse had sent them the appropriate info. So I called Westinghouse and let them know Bestbuy wasn't letting me exchange my display so Westinghouse ends up getting corporate Bestbuy to tell the store what they need to do. I then go into the store and everything goes perfect. Not only did it go smoothly, but Westinghouse set everything up so I could choose to pick any TV I wanted. Basically I was getting a store credit and not just an exchange. Along with the credit they where going to pick up shipping. I was super impressed with how nice Westinghouse was treating me without sending anyone out to my house, just taking my word for everything. Of course with my new credit I got the exact same display as I had before. The new display works perfect and I couldn't be more impressed with Westinghouse.
