WESTINGHOUSE LTV-32wW3 32" LCD HDTV - $710 shipped AR

Bought the last generation model w/o tuner from J&R almost a year ago for $895 shipped - no rebate - when they were going for $1300 at most other retailers and it may be the best purchase I have ever made. Great PQ, but one stuck pixel that I haven't noticed in months. This looks like a can't miss deal.

No digital audio output ... kinda puts a damper on the built in HDTV tuner. Any links to reviews? I'm a little concerned about picture quality.

The current model is the LTV-32W6, so this one is a little bit older. Not sure of the differences, probably not too drastic. I have the W6, very happy with it, especially after using a THX optimizer disc to set it up properly.

@ NSA - LMAO!

Do these 32s have the same Farouja DCDI upconverting chip as the 37 1080p model and the Oppo DVD player?

If so, does it work on every input?

hmm.. should i buy this

or Dell 2405fpw/Samsung 244T

or spend the extra $500 cash and get the 37" Westinghouse LCD?

Westinghouse 1080P 37" for the win. I have it and love it from main PC monitor to main HDTV! If I didnt have the 37" allready I would have bought the 42" for a steal at Best Buy for $1499 a few weeks back.

I was looking into getting this and I could not find the rebate anywere either. I wonder if it is pretty much dead now?

For me, 32 inch LCD is just a tad small for a main TV. I got this model and expected a bigger picture and now might have prefered the 37 or 42.

I have the W6 as well. I love it and I haven't even fine tuned the picture. Mind sharing info on that disc (or just sending it my way?) 🙂
