If you have a 10% off coupon from your snail mail (12% with reward zone), it brings the price down to $871. And Virginia has no sales tax for this weekend (including Monday, 10/8), so that makes it even better. This makes it as good as some Black Friday deals, but without the rushing crowds and the ruptured spleens.

the coupon wont work. coupon is off regular price only. it says on the back. a friend tried on another tv that was marked down from "regular price"

My friend called me at Bestbuy (well he went to Officemax after) he told me he got the LCD with 12% coupon using bestbuy rewards card.

Technically it will work. They don't set the system to exclude sale prices. SOL4U

I had them pricematch their Phillips 720p 1299 model to the online couponed 999 phillips at costco.
I didn't bring an ad or anything, just asked, and got the goahead.
