Western Union Question - How secure is it?

I'm trying to sell a $400 processor and the guy who wants it is in Canada. He would like to pay using Western Union, if I accept this form of payment and go to an authorized western union agent to recieve the payment, once it is in my hands I can't be screwed over at that point correct? It is as good as cash once it has been paid?
