Western Digital Sata 3.0 missing?

I got a letter from Newegg today about my HDD I RMA'd to them. They were issuing me a full refund since they were out of stock. I went on the site and it seems they are out of stock completely of hardrives except OEM. I went to another site and it was the same thing. Is there a problem right now with that type of HDD?
 
Ok so seriously guys. The harddrives aren't even listed as "out of stock", they are just gone from Newegg's site. I can't find them on Tiger Direct or a few of the other ones I normally hit. Are these being taken off the market or something? I REALLY need a harddrive since this was a new build and I have no hard drive now that this one was RMA'd. Any suggestions? Looking for 160GB or so. Not IDE.
 
Newegg has been having server problems since yesterday. Not sure if that is the reason. If there is a Fry's Electronics near you they hava a ton of retail hardrives available.
 
nope its been going on since before that. I even called them to ask what was up and the girl said she couldn't give me any information on it.
