Western Digital RMA Return Question.

So I got my replacement drive in the mail the other day, but i'm a little confused on how to return the defective drive.

Do I have to print out the Premailer page and put it inside the shipping box?

What is Customs Information?

Is it just cheaper to print out their UPS shipping label?

When I did an RMA with western digital I printed the address that was in the email, cut it out, taped it on and took it to staples to have it sent through ups with them. It was a long time ago but i do believe I put some kind of paper in the box, check if the instructions in the email or the instructions that came with the new drive tell you if it should be in the box.

There's instructions for your specific type of return on their webpage. I remember reading it but I forget it's contents.
It's there though.

the instructions are on the page that you include in the box, I'm currently packing one up right now. The page has the RMA # at the top for WD to see. Also, follow the directions to the letter, including the packaging+shipping, or they may not honor your RMA.
