Western Digital/Outpost rebate on WD1200JB

I sent this rebate out on 6/4/02 via certified mail, and the WD rebate site shows nothing for me. Unfortunately, this is the ONE time that I cannot locate copies of my materials (other than the certified mail receipt). This is a $120 rebate!

Am I S.O.L.?? Anyone have any info on this rebate?

I did this rebate... I bought it on 5/18/02 and got the rebate on 7/26/02... On the rebate there was a number you could call after 8 weeks if you did not get your rebate. Like I said it also says "takes about 8 weeks" which for me was right on time. I would try to get that number and call it when its over like 9 weeks.

Outpost = Fry's. I just got a rebate for a seagate drive I bought 8 months ago. Go live your life, get married, breed and maybe it'll show up in time for your oldest's graduation ceremony.

Why not call them and ask what happened? You have the proof that they got your mail, right?
