HI All
I don't have much experience setting up routers. I just purchased a western digital mytouch1300 and its pretty apparent the company didn't do their homework before releasing it. Well. I called their support line and they tried to get the setup cd running for me but they gave up. They also tried going through the address bar and that didn't do any good either. Im surprised they wouldn't manually set it up for me. They said to return it to the store. I just purchased another one and its doin the same thing. It cant seem to find the network connection. I know my charter cable network is up and running. But soon as I connect the router the network no longer works. Is there any super duper engineers here who could run me through it?
