western digital hard drive click sound?

I have this caviar wd hard drive that clicks when I boot up my computer, and is not recognized in the cmos? Should I toss it?
Any advice appreciated
 
I'm pretty sure thats the drive attempting to find home position, pretty sure it's done for. Just makes steady clicking sound at same tempo right?
