Great deal on a fast mechanical hard drive. And still has a 5 yr. warranty as opposed to their Blue Edition drives that now offer only a 2 yr. warranty.

Seagate has also transitioned to a 2 yr. warranty.

Great deal considering everything else on the market, but it still makes me cringe to see how much Hard Drive prices have risen.

This is the 32MB Cache version, not the 64MB - so it's not really much of a deal.

You can find these prices on the 32MB all over.



I looked and I could not find anyone who had this drive, that cheap. If that is the lowest price for that drive then it is indeed a hotdeal.

Initially I thought this was the 750 GB model for some reason :\ - so it's not a bad deal.

But, here's a 1 TB for $117.45 (temporarily OS).

Nice deal for a fast hard drive with good warranty.

FYI it seems like 2 tb storage drives didn't go up nearly as much as the faster 1tb ones. My spinpoint 1tb f3s cost me 55 at the time and are now 150 but the 2tb eco drives are like 129.
