Does anyone know how hard or easy it will be to open and swap HD's out of the enclosure? I have a stack of HD's that need data offloaded onto my main rig.

wrong thread? this one doesn't come in an enclosure. assuming you're referring to a USB enclosure... they're generally designed to so you can swap drives in/out.
