Just wondering if i can use this drive even though i have a ATA hd hooked-up on my computer. Do i also need to raid it to use SATA HD's? I do have the s-ata connector on my motherboard and powersupply so i think i should be fine in those areas.
 
to snowpeas: SATA and ATA are independent of each other. If you have the MB connector, you're good to go.
