Werid Problems with Router

I have a Nokia M1122 DSL router with a internal 4-port Hub. I have three PCs plugged into it. I can access the internet and share small files with each other.

BUT! When I try to transfer large files (such as Win2k SP2) over the LAN it fails and returns a "Remote PC no responing" or "Remote name no longer there" etc. I have to break out a real Hub and transfer files.

I have installed SP2 on two PCs, changed from DHCP to static IPs, installed/unistalled IPX and TCP/IP.

Any suggestions?
