I don't remember ever seeing a 650 or 655 X4 CPU, but they are in the CPU support list for an AM3+ 95W MSI motherboard.

Edit: I know that the 620 through the 640, and I think 645 were definitely released. I was more curious if anyone has ever seen a 650 or 655 in the wild.

Pretty sure I have an X4 630 or 640 in one of my work rigs. I'll check out exactly what it is if you're interested.

I think they rebranded the Athlon II 4 650 into a Phenom II X4 840.

there was also a 610 (2.4) option. I have the propus 610e low power cpu in my htpc box.
