It really sucks once you catch up, then you have to wait a week or two to get your fix. It's that good. They were just nominated for an Audie, the Oscar equivalent for spoken word material.

Are there anymore serial podcasts like this? I would like to have more to listen to on my commute.

Started the first story and its pretty good. Not sure I have 30+ hour to dedicate to it when I have about 15 other finance/tech podcasts I listen to. if you like this you should try audible.com (books on mp3).

Found it on itunes, almost forgot all about it. Figured I'd download the first few chapters and check it out.

The writing isn't great, and the acting is pretty bad. The plot is good though, and production values are excellent. I haven't made it completely through, but it keeps me interested on my 90-minute commute.

I am actually several chapters in and enjoying it. The acting isn't the best, but it is improving. Its still more entertaining than the "The Walking Dead", which moves so slow.

I was recently reminded of a good online story called "Afterworld" that finished up a couple years ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd3stfOcpq8

I agree. I enjoy the 15 min doses here and there on my commute.

Well damn, I'm really hooked on this now. I listen on my way to and from work (45 min each way). It sucks because at some point I will be caught up and waiting 2 weeks for every 20 minute part. Damn You OP!!!!

I have heard the first 16 chapters and need to catch up.

If you like this stuff you should really check out graphic audio. They do the same thing but with books.

So I'm addicted as hell to this podcast and finished all of them. I'm now stuck waiting week to week for the next parts. Is there anything else out there like this? I saw the graphicaudio.net one, but is there anything else that might be free (or really cheap)? I even got about 10 co-workers addicted to it.

Damnit. Need MOAR!!

Listened to the first show, and I dig it. Like the old radio serials, the acting is cheezy and predictable, but entertaining. I'll finish the series.

I said the same thing when I first listened to it. I think once they got into the swing of things the acting/writing got a lot better. Once you get into chapter 3 or 4 it gets a lot better.
