Good choice. It would be nice if apple just didn't change one or two features each year while never updating the UI.

Nice!

This phone is a freaking beast! Whoa is it nice!

The iPhone 5 screen is just too small, plus I had just finished 1 year on a month to month contract, I had a 4GB data plan that I was able to keep because I chose the android. If I had gotten the iPhone that would have gone bye bye.

Haha this time last year I went into a Verizon store to buy a Bold 9930 - it didn't even occur to me that it was iPhone launch day. At first I was thinking "why is it so damn crowded here??" Then it clicked....

Great choice, I love my GS3.

And 4GB is a must if you're on LTE.

haha.. nice! I have to admit, blue is kinda ugly though..

There was some pictures of different colors that turned up a while back . . .the rumor was a late fall launch, I think. Kinda sad when a 'launch' is just a different color though. :p

Some people said the same thing about the white version.

I just put some wood on mine:

And a $110/month phone bill....for one person. Lol, no thanks.

I was able to keep my old plan because I selected the android, if I wanted the iPhone I would have had to switch. With road side assistance service, 450 minutes & 4GB my bill is like $72. Not nearly as cheap as the various prepaid plans out there but I need a device that works when I travel. Big Red has never failed me in terms of reception so I am pretty happy.

That's awesome you were able to keep your old plan, the new shared plans are so awful. Even for the old plans that's a lower than normal price....do you have a discount or opted out of texting or something?

I'm not liking the shared data plans. I'll pay full retail for my next phone and make sure its unlocked.

I pay as I go for texting, it's not a feature I need much.

I know.. I seriously don't text, most people I'd speak to that way are on twitter/facebook anyway :)

True. Since everyone knows the schools WiFi and a lot of people don't get service in our school so we "text" through Twitter

Swype is decent once you figure it out. It's great for one handed typing. For two thumb typing i tend to use SwiftKey.

In NYC my job supplied droid razr lte is shit compared to my tmobile sgs3 on tmobile 4g. On lte I get 5-10mbs and on my sgs3 I always get 13-24.
