Went to the dentist and now have intermittant pain.

I had a chipped tooth, so I went to the dentist and they filled it. And now I have an occasional pain where they did the injection of the novacaine. The tooth is perfectly fine, but the pain comes and goes and is related the position of the jaw. Sitting up there's rarely any pain, but laying down there is. It's almost like the nerve is being pinched in the jaw. It's not a debilitating pain, but it makes it harder to get to sleep.

I generally wait three days (unless it is excruciating) to let dental pain subside before calling them. Usually it just goes away by then, but if not I call them up and they are typically able to fix it with little difficulty.

Maybe call them on Monday if it is still bothering you and pop an Advil a little before bed in the interim.
