Went to see Candlebox with the wife last night

The opening bands rocked as well. I have not seen Candlebox since I was in college, many many years ago. They still rocked very hard and did a great job. Very tight.

Did some interesting tribute stuff as well, including "Rooster" by AIC...

woot...my ears are still ringing a bit.

What a great time!

I took some vids on the cell, but as you know, there is no way that is going to come out good, the sound is just too loud...plus I guess my Centro is not worthy of such tasks.

Eye candy was pretty good as well. Wife had a great time, she is 46 and I am 41..next weekend is Led Zep and GnR tribute band get together...pretty good stuff...and always fun to go rock out. Reminds me when I was in college..would hit the music scene sometimes 3x a week...Mizzou had a great plethora for that venue...so much fun...felt young again..i am hoarse from all the woohooing and yelling and singing along..

They did that for the encore. I listen to a lot of music...kind of an impulse thing..got out had wings and beer...and saw a great concert.

and yes i know about poking me in the ribs. i have not seen live music in quite some time..my own fault..i really miss it...it is a lot of fun...and i am an old fart now..and need fun...

I saw them a few months ago at a big festival show here in Orlando. They were decent, but played as many covers as their own material.
