Went to buy Epoxy... apparently you have to be 18 to buy it

I'm 17. I bought epoxy in June. Tonight I went to go buy some, turns out you have to be 18 years old to buy it. I cant buy super glue or rubber cement either.

In my county at least, you have to be 21 to buy cold medicine (pill and liquid). You can only buy 1 (or 2, i forget) cold medicines at a time. You have to sign some city wide logbook so they can see if you are purchasing excessive medicine. WTF?

When did the crackdown start?
 
When stupid kids would start sniffin paint/blue and sh1t like that to get high. Instead of shooting said kids, they decided to punish the rest of us.

I got carded buying testors paint for my models.
 
I blame it all on the fruit-scented markers we used at school when I was little. Who's bright idea was that? 😛

You have to be 18 to buy spray-paint too. I was surprised. I was carded at Home Depot. 🙁 Luckily I am 18 and was able to purchase it.

Remember the Crayola scented crayons? I had the "first gen" where they were all fruity smelling and there was a big uproar because kids were eating them because of how they smelled. They replaced them with weird ones like dirt, leather and new car smell. 😕

Cash register will stop you, even if the n00b cashier doesn't 😛 The ones at the store where I used to work were programmed to keep track of stuff like that.
