Went to a minor league game today. Bernie Williams was there!!

my first time at a minor league game, Trenton Thunder, AAA club for the yankees, as an added Bonus Bernie Williams played tonight, his first rehad assignment.

anyway, here's the scoop, for $29.50 i bought 3 kids tickets and 2 adult tickets, we paid $20.00 for various things at the park, drinks, glowy things etc.

so for $50.00 bux my wife and kids and i had a great time, they had nice fireworks display at the end.

it is now my opinion that Minor league baseball may be the best value in entertainment today.

i think tickets were $5 a piece for the Toledo Mudhens before the new stadium was built. But yep, minor leagues are a good deal, and catching star players on rehab is a nice bonus. I went to a couple Mudhens games a few years ago when John Rocker was in town w/ I *think* the richmod braves. THAT was fun!
