Went over Paypal Debit limit - Now what ??

I have a virtual debit # thru paypal and placed an order for 151 and after the order was placed I notice a "Maximum limit 150 a day" but the problem is the site wont let me cancel and the item has already went in to the shipping process and been billed. Its only a buck but still not sure what happens since its nowhere to be found. Am I going to get sacked with a 25 fee or anything like that for 1.44 ? Anyone ever experience this before ?
