Decided to shovel instead of using the snowblower. After that I was just feeling warmed up so I went for a walk. Nice quiet blustery snowy evening. (Terrible photo composition though)

your photo is fucking fine and you fucking know you fucker!

Also, I went for a walk this evening. It was 62 degrees. light rain. I laughed and skipped like a smurf.
I didn't see those two stupid plastic "plow here" sticks until I got inside and it bothers me. Hmm...

I'm SO glad I don't have to deal with snow like that. We got maybe 3" of snow on Christmas evening. The most we'd had since Feb. 2019 when we got 4-5" of the vile stuff. It certainly LOOKS pretty when it first falls, but "the bloom fades from the rose quickly" after a day or so...as people drive in it, when you have to go out and about in the dreadful stuff...slipping and sliding...and I spent most of my adult life working outside...a quick snowfall hides all sorts of things...equipment and gear, potholes and pitfalls...

no thanks.

I woke up in the wee hours. Couldnt sleep.
Walked outside. It was 63 degrees, and raining again.
This is too nice for Feb. I worry about summer.

Got a few inches in Chicago yesterday evening. Temps hit 50 degrees during the day. Wake up this morning and it's 10 degrees outside.
