I havent really ran since sophmore year of High school when I was on Cross Country and Track. That was 6 years ago. I realized that I am pretty out of shape. Need to start doing this every day.
It gets easier and easier each day. I used to run two blocks and I'm outta breath. Now it's more like a mile and a half before I even feel out of breath. Keep at it!
