I got bored today on my day off from school, so i modded my vid cards.

first i got some old pentium processors, then stole the heatsink off of em, and cut them up into ramsinks for both cards. after securing all the ramsinks, i made a couple more heatsinks for the cores out of other random heatsinks i found laying in my basement. to top it off i stuck a 80mm panaflo on the gf2 pro and a 60 mm fan on the voodoo3 3000. i am sure they will run nice and cool now ;)

i was gonna take some pics and post em, but i am too lazy (kinda ironic since i did all this work on the cards)

well, i am now running the pro card at ultra speeds (249/461) and its running mmm nice.

well, happy reading, sorry if i bored you

PICS: Thanks to Spanky007 for hosting

umm i just attached it to the heatsink on the core using some sort of epoxy cement. quite nice stuff actually, my dad had some, so i tryed it out and it worked like a charm.

It looks like you used a product called "J.B. Weld" to put that heatsink and fan together. :) If so, they will never fall apart. This product has been used to "glue" together a cracked engine block; and it held.
