Where are you at? There used to be a fast-food chain called Dick's in Spokane...Not sure if they're still there or not.

That Dick's is still there. I ate there over 4th of July weekend. I don't think it's going anywhere real soon, either.

I understand there is another in Seattle, but I haven't eaten there.

Since I've moved to LA I've discovered that In-n-Out >>> Dick's, but there is a certain nostalgia about Dick's, and their prices are not to be beaten.

At the Dick's in Spokane, no orders are ever written down or entered into a computer. The cashiers just shout orders back to the cooks and somehow remember who gets what. It's actually quite impressive.
