Ayala has said she crumbled crackers into her bowl of chili and took a big mouthful. She felt something odd and spit out the fingertip, then vomited when she saw it, she says. "There's no words to describe what I felt, what was going through me," Ayala said Monday on Good Morning America. "I mean, it is something that's ? my God, it is sick."
