welp, tonight sucked! 25ton SIMPLEX construction jack vs. 00 Civic

Sounds like it is time to go above the head of the adjuster. Call the insurance company and demand some satisfaction. What about the construction company? Did you ever track them down?

I forgot to mention that we did go above the head of the original adjuster, his supervisor dealt with it the second time around. Didn't really help much at all.
There were no clear markings on the jack to identify a serial number or anything so no luck with that either, however we did manage to find a buyer for it...all we had to do was get the hole welded up and it still worked perfectly.

oh and on another note....my fiance has been insured with this company for 11 years straight with absolutely NO BLEMISHES on her record and this is how they treat her when she finally does need to make a claim.
