Welp, my elliptical machine broke again...what should I do?

Bleh, this is the third time in six months. The last time, I went through a major crapload of stuff with Sears, and eventually got $100 knocked off of my bill ($1k elliptical machine). Now the machine is broken again, and I just go to the gym (just joined), or play Ultimate, or whatnot instead. Anyone have advice for how I should go about dealing with this? I used to work for Sears, and in the past we had a rather liberal return policy, but I'm sure that they won't give me 100% back for it now that it's 6mo old. What approach should I take? I'd be willing to eat a few hundred bucks, just to get the damned thing off my hands for good. Ideas?

Paging RossMAN.... 😀

Seriously.. don't those things come with warranty ? I know sears sells extended warranties and if you bought one, they're really good about it.

If you used a Sears charge card, you might even have some benefits as well.

Sears doesn't offer an extended warranty on NordicTrack products. 🙁

I did buy it with a Sears charge. I'll give them a call tomorrow, I guess. I was just trying to strategize. 😉
