It was all going great till the end when the steering went out on my again. Easy fix, just pisses me off that I cant seem to get it right to the point it will not pop out every time I play with it, shut up you dirty minded fools, I mean my steering :p

But Im getting close to giving up on this one. Its been polish ported and head shaved with a stuffed crank as well. It will take on almost any other 5b or 5t and leave them in the dust, and its the stock motor in mine, granted heavily modded of course :)

But with my disability I cant keep working on these all the time. What used to take me 10 minutes takes me 10 hours to complete, so it always giving me trouble I cannot have any more. Id rather stick to the ones I know I can just fire up and play with, then worry when is it going to get the steering stuck again :p Other then that its a kick ass truck, tons o funs, will miss it when it sells.

Any way, there is a new video of it, hope you enjoy!

I live in Dyer TN, and Ive said this a million times, that everyone needs to move here because home prices are INSANELY CHEAP>

I paid$49.6K for my home and paid it off with my back injury settlement, and it was one of the more expensive homes in the area. The only my MIL is moving out of, they want $15K for it, and its livable!

I have 3 living rooms (yes three)
2 full baths
2 1/2 car garage with work area.
2 work areas in my home, 4 all together if you want to count my full basement as a work area
3 bed rooms
.6 acre of land
and my yearly taxes on all that, and my 2300sqft home is only $700 a year, and not anywhere near ghetto town. Were talking nice, well kept area, everyone is friendly, no traffic town. Best schools my kids have been to, for they dont fuck around if they get out of line. My youngest is pulling straight a's, and my oldest c and b's.

Just go to Realtor.com and use my zip, 38330, and a 10 mile radius and see all the insanely priced homes. Most the ones at $20-$30K your talking around $100 a month Mortgage!

Anyway, I can go on and on, if you like to see pics of my home

OH, and I have one Chinese Chestnut tree, and 2 Pecan trees on my property. Fall is great when they start dropping the goodies all over my lawn :)

I have a rustler VXL and I too run them on Nimh batteries soon. Its just that sticker shock holding me back of $150 for charger and anywhere from $25 to $200 a pack that keeps me away.

I feel it and my Slash are doing just fin on my old NiMH stuff fo I have 22 packs and 2 boys who also have rc cars that need them as well, and to replace all 22 with lipo :p you can forget that noise!

And thanks about the house, I been here for 4 years now and have yet to really have anything bad go wrong with it. And all we had to do was plaster a few places and paint the inside. Also got a new roof thanks to my biological father's girlfriend, so my home is here to stay for a long time.

You can pick up a Triton for about $100. It will charge almost any battery out there (not sure about A123), discharges to a specific point, and even does automatic charge-discharge cycles for battery conditioning.

Oh yeah, cool car.

No, just thought it would be a house warming gift from them since my insurance came over to look at the home and said I had too many shingles on the house. I didnt have 7K laying around, so she paid to have it done. I just have a few more thinks I like to get done and then my home would be perfect.

I already did. I traded off alot of my Nitro stuff off to my local hobby store owner. Its how I got my plane :)

I been in this hobby for around 30 years and kills me that my stupid disabilities are stopping me from the things I love to still do.

Besides if I do sell it off, the money will just go into my hobby fund anyway and I will get a few new cars. Been having my eye on some brushless redcats.

I just checked out the houses in your zip code. All of them are an incredible deal. I bet the job market up there isn't too good though, is it?

Better then it was in Chicago when I left, and best thing is, the homes are cheap, so if you can get a loan for your house, you be paying around $300 or less and can work at MC D"S and still live good.

We are a family of 4, my wife works at the nursing home in our town, and makes $7.15 an hour, and because I paid everything off, and we do get food stamps, we are actually able to live off her paychecks. Granted it isnt much, but utilities are much lower, tax is high on stuff you buy, at less then Chicago tax though, and if I was not all messed up mentally and physically, I know I could have a job in a days time.

Use the same zip and a 50 mile radius on carrerbuilder, or monster and you can see the jobs you can get. You may think 50 miles is a long drive, but when you consider there is NO, NONE, ZILCH, traffic, it only takes about 30-35 to get there vs 1-2 hours in chicago to try and move 5 miles, and thats on a good day.

I just been plugging to all since I moved to move here. I cant really understand why people around here rent when homes are so silly ass low. Best thing I ever did was move here. Clean air, laid back, nice people, and I really mean nice people.

But check out carrerbuilder or monster and you will see jobs a plenty are here, living is cheap, sill cheap, taxes are very low, and schools and surrounding people are great. I love my house, Im not leaving any time soo.

Check out my plane videos in my sig, you can see how well the area is.

This makes me want to move out there, but I don't think my company has any business anywhere near Dyer :(

For the most part, yes straight, if going to places like Jackson or Dyersburg tn, but there are stretches you can the high way is 65 or 75 legally, then add your 10mph from that so not to get a ticket, nd next thing you know your where you need to be with NO traffic, no sucking down semi fumes, or getting pissed ant no one, and show up happy, not pissed off. And really either of the two place I mentioned that will have what you really want, fine dining, movie theater and suck is really 35-40~ miles from my home.
