Looks like the lady was resisting arrest.

The cops should have just tazed her into submission.

Either this is VERY similar to a very old video, or a repost. I'd swear I've seen that video before.

Edit: Either way, comply with police directives or they use force. If you have a problem with those directives, the curbside is NOT the place to argue about it.

While I think that could have been handled better than slamming her head into the ground (he could have killed her doing that, she is already restrained and can't catch herself on the way down), people really need to learn that resisting arrest never ends well.

I don't see the problem. If the cops had tazed her, you'd be bitching about the use of a tazer. She expressed her unwillingness to enter the police car, so the cops expressed their willingness to have her face enter the pavement. Seems fair.

The fact that she has a baby is completely irrelevant. She's not entitled to any special treatment just because she figured out how to fuck a guy without protection.

So she's to leave the baby in the streets? She's not using the baby as a get out of jail free card.... Humanity...

She should have thought about that before she broke whatever law required her being taken into custody.

I don't really hear any concern for the baby's welfare coming from her. All I hear is "FUCK YOU!" "FUCK YOU!" being screamed by her. I suppose we could speculate on what it is she's being arrested for (drugs/prostitution/being a conservative in San Fran), but I sincerely doubt this is mother of the year material.

Why don't you tell us what exactly you, Officer Lean L, does in a situation where a suspect is resisting arrest?

She said "baby in the street" at one point if you paid attention or watched the video completely.

If you're going to try to patronize someone, use proper grammar.

I'm thinking in these cases the baby doesn't just get left in the streets. I could be wrong though o_O

The sooner she cooperates, the quicker one of the cops can go tend to the baby.

Certainly both are possibilities. It seemed like the cops weren't really concerned with the baby's welfare if they didn't reassure her.

I just assumed they have a policy for this kind of stuff. They probably need to call cps or something, I highly doubt they would just leave the kid on the side of the road alone for a long period of time.
