Well, technically, we have a PBX at home, with I think 10 cordless phones, and they are all called by the names of the room that they are in (i.e.: hall, kitchen, bedrooms' inhabitants x 6 + 1 fixed phone, fax), so you could say that we do have phone names, but they aren't called weird things like quasarsky, or however it is spelt.
