WELL?? Still no word of the Epox 8K3A2??? How much longer?

About 3 months ago people were saying to wait for the Epox 8K3A version 2 to come out, and that it should be coming out any time, because it is supposed to have USB 2.0...etc. Why is it still not at Newegg? How much longer do I have to wait for this board?

Is USB 2.0 really that important that I should wait? Or should I just go for the Epox 8K3A?
 
I noticed on newegg that you can get a free USB 2.0 card when you purchase this motherboard. It is a promotion that Epox is running through June 15th.
