My mother in law was throwing out an E-Machines, 2.6GHz computer, because it has a dead mobo. It also had 512Mb of nice Samsung DDR, an 80 Gig HD, a DVD burner, and a nice Taisol CPU cooling fan.

I harvested all of the good stuff, and put it all on an Albatron mobo I have had laying around for awhile now, then rebuilt my 5 year old box.

It's happlily running at 3.25GHz, as I type this.

Can't believe I was still running a pee three 700.

A 600MHz overclock on a free chip always works for me.

Speaking of chips, I need to go open my bag of authentic tortilla chips, and grab some salsa.
