schools starts back up in 2 weeks, aug 27th's the first day of classes. i have to move up in a week to get settled (just got our new town house, that should be good).

damn you all who don't start for another month ;)

all of my friend start end of sept, most of them are just getting off summer classes (as am i) and are going to be taking off too taiwan, japan, europe, etc. and still going to have a grand 'ole time.

i was laughing when i got off in may, but i'm sure paying for it now :p

i have a a week to buy a new car, settle the billing for our new house, move the furniture up, setup my new room/house, and get my sleeping patterns back on track. yay !

I start school Thursday. It's going to be hard trying to get back in my normal sleeping pattern.

Hey at least you're getting a new car :). I wouldn't be complaining. Summer is too long anyways. I can't wait to go back in 3 wks although the school work can wait just a tad longer.

i don't think the start date sux, and i start back on the 22nd. what do you expect? maybe you should've taken care of this stuff earlier. you would have prob had these problems no matter the start date.

hehe everything is looking up except for my schedule next year (thursdays i have a 3hr lab followed by 3 more hrs of lecture, 6 straight hrs w/out a break :( ). classes i can definitely hold my excitement for...

it's my first house and first car to call my own, which is awesome. :p modest budget though, 5-7k, maybe a little more. been looking into a '94-95 civic ex for practicality. damn, i don't want practical. :D

And I got out 3rd week of June too, summer keeps getting shorter :disgust:

OK, what happened? When I was in school (admittedly a few years ago) they would never think of starting school before labor day. Every year, you could count on the first day of school being the day after labor day. I tell you, this is a sign of the end of the world! I know I read it somewhere.

sign of the times my friend. i go to the university of kentucky, and we start back august 22nd.

my bro's high school starts the 27th of aug as well. i always started in late aug, guess i wasn't around before the labor day thing :) but that does mean an upcoming 3day weekend :D
