Go for the A4.

Seeing as you are in Minnesota, the Quattro will prove invaluable as soon as the snow flies. Unless you outfit the BMW's with snows in the winter, it could be an adventure.

'95 328is? Are you sure it's not a '96 or a 325is? In either case, the I-6 would be plenty of fun and has gobs of modding potential for down the road (ton of aftermarket parts and M3 parts can be swapped in w/ease).

A 7 w/a stick? Wow, that can be hard to find. I'd still go for the E36 though. The styling won me over since day one. Too bad I couldn't find a stick M3 convertible in Avus Blue (fav. color)... :frown: Still, I'm having plenty of fun with my E36 convertible. But since you're in Minnesota, maybe an Audi w/Quattro or Saab may be the better year-round bet among the cars you desire.
