Well it's 12:40 A.M. Salsa anyone :)

Looking for a good salsa recipe, I've got
jalepenos
Cilantro
Tomatos
Onions
Parsley
Chopped Garlic
Red Peppers
Green Chiles
Avacados
Limes
and a bunch of other spices


anybody got a good recipe that they enjoy?

1 part everything else

2 diced onions
some cilantro
1-2 jalepeno pepers diced
1 lime, squish the juice into it.

i guess you could add some garlic and peppers. Some peole add corn

What, no habanero peppers? You have to have at LEAST 1 of those in there if you want a good hot salsa. And believe me unless you have an iron stomach, no more than one.

mash the peppers together with some garlic and carrots and cilantro and lime juice and then simmer it with some vinegar, then strain and you've got home made hot sauce
