Well I'm pretty much finished moving in...

...to college, that is. Freshman at Grove City College studying electrical engineering. Dorms aren't as bad as I thought. I certainly miss my desk at home but I think I finally got things set up nicely here. Classes start on Monday. And of course the Tablet PC is awesome. I'll post pics of the place later so you guys can critique it and possibly offer suggestions.

And a thing about the internet. All I had to do to get the web browser to work was to set a simple proxy, however Outlook and AIM do not work, but they do work on everyone's school-issued tablets. So are they using different firewall settings for non-school-issued computers?

Yep, didn't realize AIM had its own proxy, set it, works good now. However using Outlook to retrieve my Gmail still does not. What do you think the chances are that all POP3 is blocked on campus? That would suck big time.

i moved into my apt last night., well finished that it. off campus is so far better than off campus.

i wont post pics though (only bc of my lack of digi camera though)

Unfortuantely I'll be on campus all four years.

But anyway, how likely do you think it is that all POP is blocked on my network? IE, AIM, etc. all work fine, but I can't get Outlook to work for my Gmail.
