... and very rpoud of myself. I am taking AP English in high school, and for our 30-week test we took an actualy AP exam from 6 years ago. We spent 3 hours answering 53 multiple choice questions and writing 3 essays, so it was exactly like a real AP test. I was shooting for a 3, since that is what I got in AP US History last year. However, when I got it back, I found that I scored a 4, and I was only One Point Away From A Five! One of my essays really sucked (only got a 4.5), so if I had just stated my thesis more directly I would have been well within the 5 range. So I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice job. I am taking AP English 4 in HS right now, and I was considering taking the test. The test is like $100, and it is supposed to be difficult. Instead I am simply taking a clep test to get out of English 101. I can't clep 102 though (the one with a research paper). ALso, I got a 28 on my ACT so I can use that to clep as well.

Anywho, that is still very good. You should try the AP test. I'm sure it would look good.

Nice job. Back when I took AP History I scored a 3. Could have taken the AP English test but I decided not to. That'll save you some money when you go to college. Any idea on what major you're gonna pick?

I never took AP classes in high school, [old man voice]back in my day there were only two and I had to take them at the college I was going to regardless of AP credit[/omv]. However, got an A in my college English class

Heh I dont know if you're just being an ass and making a joke or if you misunderstood me I scored a 101, which is the very top echelon of the "4" range. If I had scored a 102 (AKA, answered one more multiple choice correctly or raised one of my essay scores by a point) I would have recieved a 5, the highest score you can recieve on an AP exam.

(BTW, I suck too badly in math to take Calculus... )
