Goal 110 WU's a week.
Pretty sure I can do it now. I got the new herd up and runing as of last night. Still having a problem with one though, but I'll get it straightened out.
In my box I had a Duron running at 900MHz with no probs what so ever , but after putting it in another it's putting up a fight for stability. Pretty much the same core components as in mine even a 300 PSW.

I wish I had the resources to "assimilate" pc's outside my home like some of you guys!!
This 110 WU's is on my stuff!!! :p

I figured it out. After writing the last post, I started thinking about it.
Fast Writes was enabled on the system , I went back and scoured the BIOS and that was the only option that I "somehow " missed , DUH. :p
So she's up at 900 MHz now :)

I wish I had his electric bill!! Mine is getting pretty steep.. I'm averaging 25 to 35 WUs per day.. so a week can be over 200 for me.

Any tips on optimzation?
I built all 4 pc's , each person in the house uses them. I currently have them all set to run in the background wth the screen blanking after 1 minute when the screen saver kicks in.
All memory is running at CAS2 when available and at 133MHz to. ( Just the Athlon isn't )
Anything that I have missed ????

I've heard that the i486 (not i386) CLI is the best client to run on Athlons, but I'm not positive. You might want to try a few WUs on the client and see how the times are.
